Writing is a joy for many people; a way to express their views on many things, writing allows them this gift of expression and hope. Mentally it is a thing that people use to define the events and people who matter to them.

Many writers write to make money. To them the joy is still there and will always be there. They have chosen this career path for themselves. They love what they do, and their writing is a mean to express themselves and to make money out of writing.
Why Do YOU Write?
To voice something that is deep within each person. Each writer has a voice; it can be online, by blogging or by writing online articles. Writers want to learn to express a view, and allow others to comment about these views all the while improving their writing skills. To many writers, it is not a career but something they need to do, a passion. Writers love writing so much that even if they have another career, or a job, they still want to write.
Why Do YOU Write?
For hundreds of reasons that many people do not even know where to begin. Ask the question “why do you write?” It is a personal question with a personal answer. Some answers, are similar and some a profound. The basic theme that these answers have is because they are passionate about writing.
Writing does something for writers that nothing else they do will do. It is something that drives them to make positive changes in their lives. Often they wake up earlier to write, and this helps them with their day. They love and enjoy what they do.
There is a community when one writes. Although each writer alone does the process of writing, it is the editing, and then publishing of the works that make the community. It does not end there. The readers carry on this community and people learn to express themselves better.
Some writers, the passion to write is so strong and so powerful that there is only one thing that they will want to do with their lives. To them why do you write is not a question that has a deep answer. They write because they love the act of writing.
The feel of the pen in gripped their hands. The sound of the pen writing words on the paper. The tapping of the keys on a keyboard and seeing the words appear on the computer. The challenges and joys of editing something they have created. The act of creating something that a writer can call their own.
Writers also use the act of writing as a way to release negative and pent up emotions. To them this is therapeutic and something that they find is helpful in the journey of knowing themselves and the world around them. They write to search their souls and to explore themselves as best they can. They do this to learn more about themselves.
